Rod Hawkes is a senior extension associate with the Food Industry Management Program (FIMP) whose responsibilities include executive education and applied research. In addition to the annual Food Executive Program, Rod teaches in a variety of open-enrollment and company-specific executive development programs each year. Food industry assignments have taken him to over 20 countries on 5 continents. Recent activities have included programs in Colombia, Lithuania, The Netherlands, and India. For two years Rod was the marketing lecturer/group leader for the college’s interdisciplinary faculty team for the two-course sequence on Agriculture in Developing Nations (INTAG 402 & 602) offered through Cornell's International Agriculture Program.
