Cornell Conference on Dairy Markets and Product Research
Description Dairy market economists and dairy foods
scientists from Cornell and other universities discuss
their applied research pertaining to the dairy industry.
New processing technologies, dairy food quality and
safety, market development, federal dairy policy,
trade, and other topics of current interest are featured
in the conference.
Date & Location This annual conference takes place the day
before the spring meeting of the New York State Cheese
Manufacturers Association, typically the first Monday
in March. It is held at the Wyndham Hotel, Syracuse,
NY.
Registration Information There is a fee for the day-long conference.
Lunch is provided and the evening Cheese Reception
that is hosted by the NYS Cheese Manufacturers Assn
is open to registrants in our Conference. Contact
