Northeast Agribusiness Seminar

Description
A two-day, intensive program designed to strengthen the credit skills and decision-making abilities of those who work with agricultural businesses or agricultural communities. The program is developed by the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Cornell University in cooperation with the New York Bankers Association Committee on Agricultural and Rural Affairs.

June 12–13, 2006, Cornell University, Ithaca, NY.

Registration Information
Please complete the registration form. Registration fees include meals, tuition and materials, plus optional room reservations.

Audience
Experienced agricultural lenders and other senior officers and directors of banks, and personnel from the Farm Service Agency, agribusinesses, and other credit entities engaged in providing financial services to agricultural communities.

Instructors
Department of Applied Economics and Management faculty plus other banking, academic, and agribusiness representatives.

• Receive updates on current issues related to agricultural banking, agribusiness operations, and rural businesses
• Learn about the latest technology and practices for farm and lending institution management
• Learn how to improve personal performance and satisfaction

Teaching Format
Primarily lectures, discussion, and panel presentations.
