Workshops

Understanding Business Structures: Organizational Alternatives for Start-Up or Restructuring Businesses

Organizational innovation can include creative approaches to financing, governance, group structures (networks, alliances, cooperatives, etc.), management participation, and the role of investors.

The objective of this workshop, offered in conjunction with the NY Ag Innovation Center, is to help business owners develop successful, enterprises using sound and appropriate business and organizational structures. Workshops can be modeled depending on the educational needs of the audience. A variety of information and resources are available.

Registration
Workshops are offered through local or regional Cornell Cooperative Extension Offices or at Cornell University. Registration details to be coordinated at time of request.

Audience
Business owners that are considering setting up a new business or restructuring an existing business.
