Household names are provided here solely to team members and purely for the purpose of data management. No household names or other attributes that would plainly identify individual respondents may be released to anyone outside the team, to include papers, reports and theses.

Details on the objectives, data collection procedures and codes for all the survey instruments can be found in the BASIS data code book.
